These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which ATC Scaffolding quotes for and carries out work.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but nothing on this site forms a quotation or a contract on its own.
Site visits and quotations
Site visits and quotations are free and carry no obligation. A quotation is based on the scope discussed and inspected at the time of the visit. Changes to the scope, access, ground conditions or programme may change the price, and we will confirm any variation before proceeding.
Hire period
Our standard hire period is 12 weeks from the date of erection unless a different period is agreed in writing at quotation stage. If your programme needs longer, tell us before works begin so it can be priced accordingly.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is required for new clients. Existing clients are not required to pay a deposit. Payment is by bank transfer only — we do not accept card payments.
Care of the scaffold
Once erected and handed over, the scaffold must not be altered, added to, moved or dismantled by anyone other than ATC Scaffolding. Please report any damage, interference or concern to us immediately on 07455 141313.
Access and permissions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the working area and for obtaining any permissions, licences or permits required by the local authority or a neighbouring owner.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Full contract terms are issued with your quotation and take precedence over this summary.
